Company History
Mt. Olive Manufacturing, Inc. was established in 1990 by owners Steve and Lisa Langley. The business
originally started in a small shop at their residence near Martinsville, Indiana. Mt. Olive began
manufacturing small components for a local medical company using an industrial sewing machine, ultrasonic
welder, and injection molding machine.
As a result of substantial growth over the next 15 years, Mt. Olive expanded its operations in 2006 into a 35,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Plainfield, Indiana.
In 2008, Mt. Olive began construction of a new 44,000 square foot manufacturing facility in the Flagstaff Business Park, located in Mooresville, Indiana. Construction was completed in the spring of 2009. The new facility has been designed specifically for current and future operations and utilizes several state-of-the-art heat sealing processes to provide high quality products and services to customers.
Mt. Olive currently employs 28 engineers, technicians, and production workers. The company continues to serve clients in the medical, aerospace, automotive, retail, and military industries.
